The room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was good. The shower cubicle was small which is normal for many hotels today and I was able to navigate it well. The premises had a bar and spacious seating area with a pool table which was great. Parking was very cost effective which helped me finally choose this hotel. The team were friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again if in Blackpool.

Had another lovely stay here, this tome for the Blackppol Magicians Convention. Friendly welcome again from Rachel and nothing is too much trouble especially when we contacted her prior to see if we could extend our stay, which was no problem.Great breakfast with lots of choice, lovely room, and ideally situated for the Winter Gardens. Also has on site parking available, which is a bonus.

The hotel was was in a great location the host was very helpful and welcoming room was warmclean and adequate for a nights stay. Negatives, the bed base must be collapsing as both my husband and myself needed the toilet through the night and the noise that came from it was terrible woke the other person up and pillows too hard

Rachel greeted us with a friendly smile, and very polite. The room was clean and comfortable, there was only a family room left with a double bed, so it did leave the bathroom on the small size but functional. Breakfast was delicious, help yourself to cereal, full English, juice, tea and coffee, very relaxing day in Blackpool in a lovely hotel. Thank you Rachel and Karl.

This property is within easy walking distance to the Winter Garden and major attractions. It had a warmth and feeling of home the minute I walked in. The owner was very friendly and very helpful. The bedroom was very clean, warm and very comfortable.

We found this bed and breakfast through Google search as it was close to the North pier which is where we were going for the night rachel booked us in and was very accomodating lovely en-suite room very comfortable the cooked breakfast Sunday morning was very nice and cooked fresh for us we will definitely come here again xx

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Blackpool. We had a very warm welcome from Rachel. The room was clean and tidy, everything in the room worked ( not always the case, believe me!) The en-suite bathroom, although a bit small for someone who’s 6ft 5in was in good order. Lovely cleaning staff too. All in all a lovely place to stay. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but Rachel sorted everything out.

I have ocd and the room/dinning room /lounge was spotless beds comfortable food was good and services was out standing pleasant would definitely stay again x

I always stay at the Boltonia every time I travel to Blackpool. As always we received a warm and friendly welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a good breakfast provided every day. Plus point for me is being able to park my car off the road directly in front of the property so that I know it is safe and can access it if needed. I will definitely be back

We have just returned from a great stay for the magic convention weekend.This was our first time at the Boltonia and it won't be our last! The hotel is very well situated for the Winter Garden,s,shops and some great restaurants. Our room was warm and comfortable and the breakfasts were great with a wide choice to help yourself to. Rachel and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful.We would highly recommend staying here as it has the added bonus of parking available.

This was our first time staying in a B&B … it was lovely. The room was clean; beds were made fresh every day for us. Breakfast was lovely and all made fresh to order. Rachel went above and beyond, always smiling and making sure we was as comfortable as possible. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to friends and family.

We stayed for 3 nights Friday to Monday 7th to 10th October 2022.the owners were very helpful and were there if needed.The breakfast was lovely and organised with two lovely waitresses who always had smiles on there faces.The hotel itself was clean, quiet and located on a lovely quiet street but with a two minute walk to the tower, sea front etc...Lovely stay and certainly would return....

We are repeat visitors to Blackpool and the Boltonia. We always get a good welcome. The room and breakfast are great. Generally there is car parking available,the hotel is close to the town and its amenities but far enough away to be fairly quiet at night. Ideal. Don't hesitate to book. These are good people running a good hotel.

A great stay once again, I stay here 3 or 4 times a year never a problem nothing too much trouble.

Stopped here for one night as I was in Blackpool for a sporting event I was playing in.Super easy to book and secure the room, I was a little late on check in time as the event went on longer than anticipated, however the lady who greeted my was very friendly and got me my room straightaway, I was pleasantly surprised with my single room with enough space around a larger then a single 3/4 bed and an en-suite with a decent shower, just what I needed. I slept very well with no noise from inside or outside and had a decent breakfast served by very friendly staff in the morning. If I’m Blackpool again I would look to go here again as the location is very good and offers good value for money, thank you Boltonia

Lovely hotel, Very central. Owners made you feel very welcome. The two waitresses couldn't do enough for you at breakfast. Tea and coffee was served as soon as you sat down, and the full English was amazing. Sets you up for the day.If you want a good nights sleep I would suggest going to bed before 10 pm as you get an alarm call every morning from the seagulls around 5 am, and they don't stop.Its less than a 10 minute walk from Blackpool North train station and a 5 minute walk to the Central Pier. Would highly reccomend this hotel.

Great little spot, close to the tower and winter gardens - parking available at the hotel but there is also a large public car park just behind. Room clean, bed comfy, shower hot - amazing service at breakfast and a good choice. Received a lovely welcome from the host, the room was clean, tidy and in a great location. Was wonderful value for money and was able to book a car park space for the duration of our stay on site which was something that a lot of other B&Bs/hotels in the area couldn't offer. Breakfast was delicious and they even had veggie sausages in for the 2 vegetarians in the family, All in all, Would definately recommend and will stay again

We stay here on a regular basis when we attend the northern soul weekends, lovely hotel always clean, rooms are lovely. Rachel the owner is also a lovely and very welcolming host. I've stayed at the Boltonia every February for 18 years and can recommend it for anyone needing to be close to the Winter Gardens and looking for a reasonably priced B&B. Rachel and Karl, along with their team, look after each guest very well, the breakfasts are excellent and include many options to suit all sorts of tastes. The rooms are clean and comfortable with flat screen TV, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Well recommended!

Having had our annual visit to Blackpool cancelled in 2021 we were delighted to return in 2022. The Boltonia Hotel has been our go to place for many years, it is a 5 minute walk to the Winter Gdns and Karl and Rachel make us feel very welcome. Rooms are clean, tidy and warm. Boltonia was ideal for attending a festival at the Winter Gardens.The single room and bed were very comfortable. I chose room only but cafes are very close to Boltonia.When I come to a Winter Gardens event again, I needn't search for any other accommodation. Thanks !

The hotel was basic but clean, quiet and in a perfect location. The other bonus is that it had plenty of parking spaces. Most of the places to see and go were all in walking distance so no need to use your car. Breakfast was exactly what you ordered the day before, very good and piping hot.

Location is idea for all requirements in Blackpool and particularly beneficial was parking availability at the hotel. The ‘Boltonia’ is a wonderful classic English seaside hotel with genuine character & charm. Proprietors; Karl & Rachel were so helpful in every aspect during my stay, friendly, informative, knowledgeable & their hotel is a true asset to Blackpool. Everything about my stay was excellent & the first class breakfast set me up for the day. I am genuinely grateful to all the staff for their hard work. A massive thumbs-up to the ‘Boltonia’.

Thank you to Karl and Rachel for making our break in Blackpool so great. We didn't realise until we got there that your hotel was the only one close to the centre, that had free off road parking. With only a 6 minute walk into the centre it is perfectly located. Lovely breakfast and bar, it ticked all our boxes. The rooms are slightly on the small size, but we were only there at bedtime and for price we paid which includes a lovely breakfast, no complaints. Well done guys, see you again real soon.

Very pleasant owners who can not do enough for you. Room was well decorated and spotlessly clean . With the added bonus of car parking and just a few minutes walk from the town centre. We enjoyed it so much have booked again.

Booked a family room directly with the hotel as they offered more flexibility than booking.com especially with the current situation, didn’t want to book a non refundable room.Family room was a decent size for 3 adults and a child. Plenty of space for us all and our luggage.Room was clean enough.Beds were slightly uncomfortable and found I woke up with back pain as beds were too soft for us.Breakfast was standard only downside when they brought out the child breakfast plate was far too warm so the food was wasted as he didn’t want to eat it.Great location and only a few minute walk to the main promenade.

My daughter and I have stayed here 6 times and have booked to come again next year. The owners and staff are so very friendly and helpful, The rooms are clean and have everything that you need. Cannot ask for more.

Had a lovely stay here at the Boltonia.Twin room was big clean and overlooked the top of Blackpool tower.Everything was so close by to the hotel and within easy reach by tram or bus. The whole stay we couldnt fault the only 1 think I would say it the bathroom was very small but didnt cause a problem. We have stayed at the Boltonia with Rachel and Karl looking after us on several occasions before. Each stay we have had good experiences. The rooms are basic but comfortable with an ensuite bathroom with shower. The hotel is close to the Tower and other central attractions but far enough up Albert Road to be away from most of the noise of pubs. It is an easy walk into the town. This visit was our first overnight stay anywheredue to Covid. Rachel was reassuring in the safety precautions she was taking. Visors, sanitising gel and minimal room entry were being used. A big bonus of this hotel is that there is a car park. Many in the area have none.

I’ve stayed at the Boltonia about 6 times now. Everyone’s extremely friendly and helpful, nothings too much trouble. There’s also a good size bar with plenty of seating. The restaurant/breakfast room is a good size too, your not all crammed in! Breakfast is great and you can have it exactly how you like it plus cereals and fresh juice too. Rooms are clean with fresh towels and there’s an iron and ironing board on the landing in some places. Free Wi-fi too! Thank you Rachel and Karl , see you next year!

Just back from an annual break to Blackpool with a group of mates. Have been staying at the Boltonia every year for a number of years, would not think of going anywhere else. You know somewhere is excellent when year after year you meet up with the same people and the hotel is fully booked.Clean,tidy,cosy and welcoming, and close to the centre of the town, what’s not to like.

Stayed in many b&bs over the years in Blackpool,but have to say that the boltonia has been one of the best and friendliest places I've stayed in, was very helpful from the min me and my friend walked in , room was just what we where looking for , good shower as well and comfortable bed , and we got a set of keys each witch I thought was a nice surprise,normally in most places I've stayed in Blackpool it's been just the one set of keys, breakfast was really good as well , set you up for the day and all the staff , can't fault any of them , very friendly and always had a genuine smile ,we stayed on the 27th of September for the three nights and will definitely be back , and the free parking was a bonus as well

Stayed for 3 nights,was welcomed on arrival by the owner who was nice and pleasant and explained everything to us we needed to know,when we went to the bedroom we found it clean and tidy and had an en suite,W found the room a little small,breakfast was very nice and a lot to choose from,eg cereals etc,just think breakfast time could run a little later than it is but overall a nice stay and would stay again in the future.

This is the second time i have stayed here and already booked for next year. I have recommended it to friends (4 others) who now also stay here. Its clean, friendly and a great location. All the staff are brilliant cant do enough for you.

Stayed here for 5 years running over the same 4 days when Rebellion festival is being held. We always have the same room too which is spacious and clean. I think it had been newly decorated too this year. Rachel and Carl the owners are lovely as are the 2 ladies who serve breakfast and do the cleaning. Breakfast is cooked fresh to order so always hot and can have as much of the cereals, toast, drinks as you want. The only thing that would make it better would be if vegetarian sausages were available for us veggies.

Just stayed the one night and thought it was a very good guest house a nice building our room num 1 was clean tidy well set out and spacious with a large en-suit, modern flat screen TV, kettle and coffee/tea provided had a very nice full English breakfast there was lots of alternatives also we were able to park outside the hotel which was a big plus for us overall we thought it was ideal and would definitely stay again and would recommend the Boltonia as a good place to stay in Blackpool

We chose the Boltonia because of its proximity to the Winter Gardens as we were attending an event there. We were given a very warm welcome by the owners who went to a lot of trouble to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended

Nice room, comfy bed, breakfast was very nice and it was just around the corner which was ideal as we were travelling to compete there. There was a bar and pool table for the evening and you got a free sweet from the bowl on reception on the way out.Would stay again.

This is a lovely clean and well presented B&B it is what it is its not the Ritz.The staff are very friendly the rooms small but clean and tidy and include soap, tea and coffee.The breakfast is to die for piping hot good old fashioned home cooked breakfast.We have stayed a few times now and would return.

Good hotel in a great location and free parking. Spaceous room, very warm.Good breakfast included, well worth the price we paid furing illuminations.Only negative was breakfast felt very rushed...only just got cereals and full breakfast came out so an extra 10 minutes between the two would have been great.

STAYED AFEW TIMES HAD TWIN AND DOUBLE BUT FOUND THE DOUBLE NOT UP TO USUAL STANDARD THE BED WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON JELLY AND THE GUTTERING TO THE LEFT OF WINDOW IS BROKEN SO WHEN IT RAINED IT WAS LIKE WATER FALL

As a basic hotel you couldn’t ask for more. Arrived 10.30 and room was ready, parking space available, room as described and clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Were allowed to leave car the next day as there was space and there was a note on the car on our return to say we had left a garment behind.Good location and the boys said the internet was better than at home!

I went to the Rebellion Festival last week & it was my 4th time staying at the hotel,you are a 5 min walk away from the Winter Gardens & the same to the shopping centre,i visited Lytham St Anne's by bus & Fleetwood by tram but may be worth buying a tkt online beforehand to save money depending on how many days you are staying,i walked to Lytham 7.8 miles bus back & the same to Fleetwood 7.2 prefered walk visited the museum then tram back,the hotel is in a good location with an improved choice for breakfast,cereals,fruit,yoghurts and of course a good old English with black pudding,the hosts Rachel & Karl are very welcoming and will always try there best to accommodate your needs & requirements,you get the same people staying in the hotel for the festival from around the globe,the price is also good but the location really does it for me.

In town for the festival and stayed at the Boltonia again. Benefits from ideal location,free parking available, tasty breakfast included and super friendly proprietors and staff.Great value accommodation, I have already booked the same room for next year.

I come every year to Blackpool for a fitness convention and usually stay at the Hilton this year we booked late and so found this hotel at a much more reasonable price. The service couldn’t be better so friendly and welcoming and accommodating, the rooms were clean and had all I needed and the location to the winter gardens is minutes away! I would definitely stay again.

I booked a Superior Double En-suite Room for 4 nights while attending a conference in the Winter Gardens. Very handy location a few minutes walks away. The owner was incredibly helpful and I had a perfect stay.

Rachel was really friendly upon arrival. Clean room, breakfast was nice aswel and Rachel couldn't have done more to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely weekend at the Boltonia. The rooms were basic but very warm and quiet and the beds so comfortable. We had the best sleep. The staff were really friendly and incredibly helpful, even getting up early to cook an early breakfast for us when we had to be out early the second day. Would definitely stay here again.

Arrived and parking bay was ready for us and got in room immediately. Room was ideal for a stopover and all staff were very friendly.

After a horrific start to our holiday, soaking wer with two youngsters in tow, the boltonia took us in and were extremely welcoming, the room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, breakfast was lovely, setting us up for the day every morning and the staff were exceptionally kind and understanding of our situation. Id recommened this hotel to anyone. Prices were great too!!

We booked a superior double (Room 1) with inclusive breakfast and requested a free parking spot. That meant we could park right next to the hotel and not worry about on-street parking times and costs.There's a warm welcome and our room was very comfortable and well equipped. The en-suite has shower, basin and loo is very roomy and the bedroom had lots of storage. It also had 6 (or more) sockets for our gadget chargers.The king bed was really comfortable and the pillows were firm and supportive too. Everything worked, was clean, and the breakfast was lovely with a good choice.All the staff from Rachel to the room attendants were very pleasant and we would re-book without hesitation.Finally we were a short (5 minute) walk from the Winter Gardens and all the other major evening attractions. We were there for a T-Rex tribute gig and were very pleased with our choice. Thanks to all for your efforts - they show.

Could not fault the welcome and service or the cleanliness. One problem was the mattress in room 11, the springs are sticking out so I would suggest a replacement. As I said everything else was faultless.

Stayed for one night with our little girl and thought the hotel was brilliant.We received a very warm welce on our arrival with the simplest of check ins.Our room was quite small but nothing to complain about very clean with all the necessities.We forgot to bring hair conditioner and the owner, Rachel gave us some to use which I thought was brilliant as I only went to ask where I could go buy some! The hotel was very quiet whilst we were there but the bar was nice and the breakfast was lovely.Would definitely stay again!! thank you

I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to stay here - very friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived.Couldn't have asked for anymore from this competitively priced hotel.Very clean accommodation, parking for the car, all staff very helpful with anything we wanted to know having never stayed in Blackpool before.We will be coming to an event in Blackpool every August and would definitely want to stay here again. Second year running we have stayed at Boltonia (having tried may alternatives on Albert Road in previous years). Family/Triple room was ideal for three adults and unusually for this are they were able to cater for two cars parked on the premises. Good choice for breakfast, i.e. full english with or without black pudding. But for our purposes key was handy proximity to the Winter Gardens.

Friendly staff, comfy rooms, we would definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed here for 5 nights for the Rebellion Punk Festival,it's in a good spot only 2 streets away from the Winter Gardens,10 minutes slow walk to the Tower & Beach & 5 to the shopping centre,a good mix of people staying and Rachel & Karl the owners are very nice & will help/advice with any queries you may have,breakfast was really nice from 08-30-09-30 with a decent selection of cereals,a full English breakfast with black pudding,fruit juice & tea or coffee which kept me going until lunchtime,the rooms are clean & tidy with en-suite shower & toilet & a comfortable bed which i needed after the late nights listening to music,so overall a nice place to stay at the top of the road and close to most of the attractions that Blackpool has to offer.

For the fifth year running my stay at the boltonia was extreamly enjoyable. the rooms are always clean and cumfortable breakfasts are lovely and the staff are friendly and cheerful. I would recomend to anyone to stay here when in blackpool, Cant wait until next year WE WILL BE BACK.

This was only my second stay at the Boltonia, for the IDTA finals in the winter gardens. Despite this, I was welcomed back like an old friend. Rachel and Karl are great hosts, i can't fault any aspect of my stay. This is my "go to" choice for Blackpool.

We are repeat visitors to the hotel. Rachel always goes the extra mile to accomodate any requests we have. Ideal location for the Winter Gardens free parking good breakfast. Good location that is value for money for the dancing community.

Just had an enjoyable five day break at Blackpool, made even better with my stay at the Boltonia Hotel, My room was always nice and clean with toilet and shower, Always a handsomebreakfast and a nice friendly service and atmosphere from all who work there also my car was taken good care of. The Boltonia is a small but very comfortable hotel very close to all attractions. The rooms are compact but have everything necessary. Carl & Rachel are warm & accommodating hosts. Breakfasts are good quality, nicely cooked & quickly served.I have stayed there on an annual basis now for the last 5 yrs & have never had a problem there.

The Boltonia Hotel.... myself and my wife stayed the for a long weekend break this October. . The hotel is a perfect retreat,we realy enjoyed our stay. . The management and staff were very friendly and helpful. . Rooms were very nice with all what you would expect plus it's very close to all what Blackpool as to offer.. We will definitely be returning there again.Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Great location, people in charge were lovely,breakfast excellent.Only downfall was the walls in the room were paper thin could hear every conversation.

We dont visit Blackpool a lot but when we do we stay at the Boltonia. There is always a good welcome and a consistency in the service received. Available parking and a good breakfast are included. Many guest houses around this area have no car parking. All rooms are en-suite, clean and tidy. Being so close to the Tower and the Winter Gardens is also an added benefit. Infact we could see the Tower from our room window. I would not hesitate to recommend the Boltonia for your stay in Blackpool.

Stayed Friday and Saturday nights 19/20th September 14. There are so many choices of hotels in Blackpool. In the end they seem to all look the same when searching so it was good to find a place which lived up to expectations from what we had seen in it's website - from other hotel comments - many don't. The room fittings were modern and comfortable. The onsite bar and restaurant were nicely decorated and the whole place had a homely atmosphere. We requested on-site parking when booking and this was available on arrival. Also asked for a 1st floor room by email but was advised the room type we had booked was on the second floor. We were resigned to acept this but upon arrival we were pleasantly suprised to find that the owner had managed to juggle rooms so we could be on the first floor (all without any pressing).Breakfast was good - served by a fantastic lady who is a credit to the business. Some people have mentioned the size of the breakfast. We found it to be quite acceptable with cerial, fruit juice, toast, egg, bacon, sausage, beans and tomato. The sort of size you would get in a department store restaurant.The location is good - near the Winter Gardens and about 10 mins from the seafront.All in all we would return.

Great place to stay and great location for the winter gardens. Had a good time and friendly owner and staff with great service. My stay was let down slightly on the last day by getting a fried egg on my breakfast plate when Im vegan and having to leave it because the egg was just took off the plate leaving egg white rather than a fresh meal but otherwise no complaints what so ever. would definitely stay again. minus the egg

got there early and was let into room right away,clean tidy room with good tv on wall,owners very helpful,and there if you needed anything,location is very good turn right and within two mins you are at the shops,or go straight on and you are at hounds hill shopping center.bar prices very good for a hotel and bar area is large enough for a big group.all in all would recommend this hotel,and we have booked to go again for 2 days in october,looking forward to it.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. The room had everything we needed for our stay, towels, shower, tv/dvd tea/coffee facilities and plenty hanging and storage space. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help. We had a lovely breakfast each day and my grandaughter who is 8yrs old enjoyed her first ever visit to Blackpool. We would definitely recommend The Boltonia to family and friends and hope to return ourselves at a later date.

Highly recommended, each member of staff were polite and very helpful, the rooms are a good size, clean and very comfortable, the food is beautiful, with reserved parking and bed guards available for small children. The owner herself is very helpful and replies to any enquiries over email within a few hours. Would stay again.

Great location for the Winter gardens, Town Centre, Beach.Staff excellent, room clean & tidy, breakfastgood.Only gripe the noise from the taxis going past constantly through the night.

I stayed at the Boltonia with my daughter on Saturday 7th overnight. Rachel was the perfect host and was very helpful. We had no problems at all. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. The breakfast was prepared early for us and was lovely. Without doubt I would recommend that anyone who is considering a stay in Blackpool to choose the Boltonia for both value for money and comfort. From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome by Rachel one of the proprietors, our room was comfortable and the on suite facilities although compact (I'm a very big chap)were far more than adequate, the breakfast was plentiful and well cooked,the location is great, just a 10 minute stroll from the Tower and the free on site parking is a bonus.

A lovely clean, warm and very welcoming hotel. Friendly with a good atmosphere. Great service from all the staff, nothings too much trouble. Lovely comfortable bed, with extra bedding if required. Tea & coffee making facilities provided and always welcome after being out for the day! A good hot powerful shower and fresh towels if required. A hairdryer in the room was very welcome too. The hotel is very central, just round the corner from The Winter Gardens and about a 10 minute walk to the seafront, the shops and nightlife even closer, yet far enough away from the noise and bustle. A great hotel to return to at the end of a packed day!

Just returned from our annual pilgrimage to Blackpool and the Boltonia. One of our group staying for the first time remarked it was the best hotel he'd stayed in in his 20 years going to Blackpool, the rest of us already knew it was the best, that's why we go back year after year.

We stayed here to attend 'Strictly Come Dancing' at the Tower Ballroom, chosing the Boltonia for its proximity to the vanue and the because it has a car park.We were greeted by Rachel who was very friendly and helpful.Our room was not huge, but was nevertheless clean, warm and comfortable. All we wanted, really.Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

The Boltonia is an Excellent Hotel. The welcome we recieved from Hosts Rachel and Karl was just what we needed after a long journey and the problems we had encountered on arrival at Blackpool on 11/10/13. We were provided with an Excellent, clean, well serviced room with a comfy bed and comfortable heating greeted us on our return each evening. We stayed for 5 days. Our Breakfasts were an excellent start to our Day, served by friendly, helpful staff.Many Thanks to our hosts for their Hospitality and kindness.

Had a fabulous 3 days stay at The Boltonia for the British Sequence Festival. The room is brilliant, with plenty of light through windows on both sides,clean, plenty of hot water and a decent shower. Breakfast was plentiful with choice of cereals, grapefruit, yoghurt and of course a traditional cooked breakfast. Our main criteria when we booking The Boltonia was it's close proximity to the Winter Garden and free parking. Would certainly use this again. Rachael was feb and delightful. Thank you.x

I stayed at the Boltonia recently, for 3 nights, while touring the UK. I had a single room which while quite small, was clean,well presented, quiet and well priced for what was a very central location. I did not spend much time there so space was not an issue, the breakfasts were good and the owners very friendly. Off road parking was also a help. Would I stay there again, yes

we booked this online last minute for a break. We travelled by car and found it fairly easily .We had a nice room at the back of the hotel & a parking space at the front where we left our car all weekend & walked everywhere. This b&b is close enough to the shops & seafront .The food was good & the staff friendly making our stay pleasant. We will definitely stay here again.

Rachael & Karl were very pleasant. We booked an over it stay with my parents. Both rooms were clean, ample space, comfy beds and extra pillows. The hotel was in a quiet area with plenty of choice of restaurants within walking distance and it was nice to have a nightcap in the bar after our evening out. Good English breakfast in the morning. Ideal for couples or families.

Stayed here for two nights and found the stay to be very pleasant. Arrived two hours early to check in but it wasn't a problem and was greeted by staff very warmly. The room was basic and just right for a weekend away stay. The car park became a life saver and the owner offered to park the car for me as the spaces were tight which I found grateful as I didn't need to embarrassed myself showing my driving skills. Breakfast in the morning was very good and generous with portion sizes. On departing the b&b we were offered to leave the car parked to spend the rest of the day in Blackpool which I found very kind. Would defiantly stay here again as the car parking became a major help and the b&b was very close to attractions and night life.

Having been to Blackpool in previous times and stayed at hotels, when searching for somewhere to stay this time, you thought to yourself that it does not matter where you stay. You Expect to find cheap, grubby Nd space restricted offerings.We found the Jewel ! Rachel had the banter with us from arrival. Allowing is to check in well before the scribed time.Three male adults sharing a room were all given individual keys which was a great.The rooms were well above the stereotypical Blackpool hotel and this was complemented with a nice breakfast in the morning.Great value and thank you very much. About to book again for August/September

Stayed at this hotel mid week in June 2013. The proprietor Rachel was very friendly and welcoming.Hotel was clean & nice and quiet when we stayed.Parking provided which is a bonus.Fantastic value and I will be back. Room was very hot on top floor so I will request first floor next time or bring a fan.
